AI Contract Review — Triage & Trust

The brief asked for one low-fidelity frame. The real question — where AI findings should live relative to the document — is not answerable with one frame, so I carried four competing layouts through the same three states and annotated the tradeoff on each. It ends on the three things I would test first, not on a recommendation.

Sense Engine — RTLS Operator Platform

The hardware existed. The data went nowhere. Three vendor protocols, 200 devices, 50,000 sq ft — and nothing a warehouse operator could act on. Designed the system, directed the build, deployed it.

Who Reps Me? — Every Official Who Represents You

Google shut down the only free API for local officials in April 2025. Everyone else charges for the data. This rebuilds the whole civic-data layer on free tiers and static files — no database, no server, no paid APIs, no LLM spend.
