Sense Engine: Where Is It, at a Glance
Supervisors had 200 tagged devices across three vendors and no way to answer "where is it?" They needed a zone and an aisle, not radio data. I hid five positioning methods behind one dot on a floor plan and let supervisors set up zones and alerts themselves, then validated it in a directed AI-assisted build across a 50,000 sq ft facility.
AI Contract Review — Triage & Trust
The brief asked for one low-fidelity frame. The real question — where AI findings should live relative to the document — is not answerable with one frame, so I carried four competing layouts through the same three states and annotated the tradeoff on each. It ends on the three things I would test first, not on a recommendation.

Six divergent design directions explored, one shipped. A full-fidelity, working prototype for an AI-native developer portal — streaming agent traces, real-time execution, and PR review built for dev handoff.
Who Reps Me? Every Official Who Represents You
Google shut down the only free way to look up local officials in April 2025, and everyone left charges for it. I designed one address search that reaches from Congress to city council, with ZIP and city searches handled instead of silently failing, on free tiers and static files.

WLED Cloud: One Dashboard for Every Light
Facilities managers and installers run city lighting on sites with and without Wi-Fi. I designed one control surface where the radio disappears: pick a device, pick a color, and the platform decides how the command gets there. Roles take controls away instead of adding screens.
