Six divergent design directions explored, one shipped. A full-fidelity, working prototype for an AI-native developer portal — streaming agent traces, real-time execution, and PR review built for dev handoff.
Sense Engine — RTLS Operator Platform
The hardware existed. The data went nowhere. Three vendor protocols, 200 devices, 50,000 sq ft — and nothing a warehouse operator could act on. Built the platform, designed the interface, shipped it.
