Who Reps Me? — Every Official Who Represents You
Google shut down the only free API for local officials in April 2025. Everyone else charges for the data. This rebuilds the whole civic-data layer on free tiers and static files — no database, no server, no paid APIs, no LLM spend.

Sense Engine — RTLS Operator Platform
The hardware existed. The data went nowhere. Three vendor protocols, 200 devices, 50,000 sq ft — and nothing a warehouse operator could act on. Designed the system, directed the build, deployed it.
THPO Sensor
Custom LoRaWAN environmental monitor with dual-variant 3D-printed enclosures — built for a 50,000 sq ft warehouse with no Wi-Fi and no ceiling modifications allowed.
